CTD Pivot Up and Down Slide (7-Position Lock)

Product Notes

• Designed to allow mounted load 200 degrees of pivot with 7 locking positions once extended out from rack.
• Popular uses included:
  • Tilting down a screen or keyboard for use then locking it horizonal to retract it back into rack
  • tilting down a chassis unit for easier rear or top access. 
• ~0.45" thick x 1.69" tall, sliding thickness ~0.36"
  • Solid bearing friction slides are coated in a proprietary Poxylube® coating that allows the metal sections to smoothly slide over each other. The design allows them to be much more flexible when fitment can be an issue. In the prints you will see a minimum and maximum thickness due to the looser fit of the sections.
• Standard finish is Poxylube® dry film lubricant and is RoHS and REACH compliant. Additional finishes such as plating are available underneath the Poxylube® to increase corrosion resistance. 
• Right hand slide shown, left hand opposite. Sold as a pair.
• All standard slides are designed to lock out in the extended position, however, automatic release is available when lockout is not desirable.
• Standard hardware packages include all hardware necessary:
  • Rear mounting brackets (B-131) providing 0" to 0.5" adjustment
  • Bar nuts (CA8056-06-0020)
  • #10-32 x 0.50 F.H.M.S. (flush front rail mounting)
  • #10-32 x 0.50 B.H.M.S.)
  • #10-32 KEPS® nuts
• Extension mounting bracket lengths available up to 8" adjustment.
• Quick disconnect feature standard. This permits the entire chassis to be removed easily and replaced.
• Highly Shock and Vibration Resistant (Tested to Bellcore Zone 4 Seismic / Telcordia GR-63-CORE environments).
• Optional mounting patterns, slide lengths and extensions are available.
