Product Notes

• 0.38" thick x 1.69" tall, sliding thickness ~0.35"
  • Solid bearing friction slides are coated in a proprietary Poxylube coating that allows the metal sections to smoothly slide over each other. The design allows them to be much more flexible when fitment can be an issue. In the prints you will see a minimum and maximum thickness due to the looser fit of the sections.
• Right hand slide shown, left hand opposite.
• Standard finish is Poxylube® dry film lubricant and is RoHS and REACH compliant. Additional finishes such as plating are available underneath the Poxylube to increase corrosion resistance. 
• All standard slides are designed to lock in the extended position, however, automatic release is available if lock-out is not desirable.
• Standard hardware packages include all hardware necessary to mount your Chassis Trak® slides:
  • Rear mounting brackets (B-161) providing 0" to 0.5" adjustment
  • Bar nuts (CA8056-06-0014)
  • #10-32 x 0.50 F.H.M.S. (flush front rail mounting)
  • #10-32 x 0.50 B.H.M.S.
  • #10-32KEPS® nuts
• All sliding members of this slide are made from cold rolled steel.
• Extension mounting bracket lengths available up to 6" adjustment.
• Quick disconnect feature standard. This permits the entire chassis to be easily removed and replaced.
• Optional mounting patterns, slide lengths and extensions are available.
• Tested to function in excess of 380⁰F.
• Highly Shock and Vibration Resistant (Tested to Bellcore Zone 4 Seismic / Telcordia GR-63-CORE environments).
